MzansiTalk Terms of Service

Welcome to MzansiTalk, a South African social platform built to empower connections, conversations, and communities. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“user”, “you”) and MzansiTalk (Pty) Ltd (“MzansiTalk”, “we”, “our” or “us”) concerning your access and use of MzansiTalk's websites, mobile applications, services, technologies, content, and products (collectively, “Services”).
By using MzansiTalk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. What We Provide
MzansiTalk exists to inspire authentic conversations, build communities, and create opportunities for users to connect and express themselves. Our services include:

We tailor your feed, recommendations, ads, and notifications based on your activity to make your experience more relevant and engaging.

You can connect with friends, join communities, explore pages, and participate in group conversations across South Africa.
1.3 Tools for Self-Expression
MzansiTalk offers tools to post photos, videos, stories, statuses, live content, voice messages, and more.
1.4 Discovery of Local Businesses and Services
We show you relevant content and offers from local entrepreneurs, organizations, and creators.
1.5 Safety and Security
We monitor our platform for harmful content, enforce our policies, and protect your information to maintain a safe environment for all.
2. How MzansiTalk is Funded
MzansiTalk is free to use. Our revenue comes from businesses and creators who pay us to promote their content, products, and services.

3. Your Responsibilities
To use MzansiTalk, you agree to:

4. Your Rights and Permissions

You retain ownership of any original content you post. However, by sharing content on MzansiTalk, you give us permission (a license) to use, store, modify, display, and share it as needed to provide our services.
4.2 Removing Content
You can delete your content or account at any time. Some data may remain in backup for legal or operational reasons but will no longer be visible to others.
4.3 Updates and Notifications
By using our Services, you allow us to send updates, security patches, or changes to improve your experience.
5. Termination and Account Suspension
MzansiTalk may suspend or permanently disable your account if you:

You may also delete your account anytime via your settings.
